THIS SESSION IS MEANT FOR YOU IF:

  • You're curious and love to learn new things but feel like you don't have time for this passion;
  • You see yourself as a knowledge seeker or lifelong student;
  • You feel stuck;
  • You often feel overwhelmed by a constant flow of ideas;
  • You tend to jump from project to project without completing them;
  • You feel paralyzed by indecision on where to start;
  • Procrastination is a frequent challenge for you;
  • You feel like you're constantly distracted;
  • You set incredibly high standards for yourself and your work;
  • You often feel overstimulated or drained;
  • Managing your time and energy is a struggle;
  • Saying "no" is something you find difficult.

IN YOUR ACTION BOOST SESSION...

In your 1:1 Action Boost Session, we’ll work together to make some progress on a specific challenge that’s been holding you back on your learning journey.

HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF WHAT WE CAN WORK ON:

  • Clarifying your priorities;
  • Exploring a new tool;
  • Improving your current system of organization and planning (or starting to build one if you don't have it yet);
  • Setting your learning goals (I recommend doing "Your Personal Learning Agenda" Workshop first to decide which is going to be your next learning investment);
  • Creating a roadmap for your next learning investment (I recommend doing "Your Personal Learning Agenda" Workshop first to decide which is going to be your next learning investment);
  • Introducing Slow Productivity into your current work system.

MUST-HAVES

  • Computer with a stable Internet connection;
  • A free Notion account;
  • Basic Notion skills.

what's included?

  • A 2-hour individual session;

             The session will not be recorded.

  • Access to the memory of the session;

             This includes the agenda of the session, any files that were shared, and everything that was written on the chat. 

             This does not include a video recording. 

  • Access to a Notion template that we'll use during the session and that you get to keep and continue to use during your learning journey.
